Project Description: The plans for the renovation and expansion of the Robert Sinskey Winery include a new tasting room, demonstration kitchen and winery offices. The new facilities will also improve site and facility accessibility for both guests and employees. In its code analysis, Preview took into account the relationship of the existing and new facilities to allow these new functions to integrate seamlessly with the existing uses.

Project Description: Changes in needs and demands on the use of the existing industrial facility required long-term planning and evaluation of various structures within the urban campus. Preview worked with the design team to determine the most appropriate methods to reallocate space within various existing buildings to assure compliance with current building and life safety standards.
